"When my husband and I first came to Spring Ridge Estates in 2015, we had no intention of buying property. Five days later we owned ten breathtaking acres. Since then we have built our ‘forever home’ and cannot imagine being as happy and content anywhere else.
What struck us at first is what we still love this many years later: the stunning views, the pristine feel of the area, the finest and most friendly people, the magical wildlife – and more!
We regularly say to each other, “Weren’t we lucky to find such a fabulous place!”

Owners / Developers
- Gary and Anna Marie Chantry are the owners and developers of Spring Ridge Estates. Gary is a general contractor and life-long resident of Pend Oreille County. The first RV / Home lots were sold in Summer 2008 and the first (1800 sq ft) model home was sold shortly thereafter. 46 lots have sold and there are 14 remaining. Many residents have built homes and others have developed their lots and use them in the summers. A new model home is currently open for viewing and purchase.
- Gary and Anna Marie continue to work one-on-one with each purchaser to design and layout the improvements on the lot, installing all utilities, driveways, rv pads and homesites to the resident's satisfaction. Gary supervises the on-site excavation and other work to completion. Several completed guest lots are available for complimentary stays and for purchase. Gary or his son Carsten will meet with you in person, and assist in every way desired to make your stay, and potential purchase, the best possible experience. There are also many happy residents, who stand ready to welcome you and show you around this wonderful community!
